
Fulfillment & Shipping
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Every piece of art is printed on demand just for you. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days. Once your order has been crafted and packaged, it is handed over to our shipping partners. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 3–7 business days for most orders within the USA and Canada.
Do you ship outside of North America?
Currently, we exclusively fulfillment to the USA and Canada to ensure the fastest delivery times and maintain our high standards of quality.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Will my entire order arrive in one package?
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be fulfilled at different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because of an incorrect address provided during checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Do you deliver to US territories or PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to most addresses within the United States and Canada, including PO Boxes. However, transit times to US territories and remote Canadian regions may be slightly longer.
Quality & Materials
What kind of paper and framing do you use?
We offer a curated selection of museum-quality papers, including Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper (260 g/m²) and Enhanced Matte Paper (170-189 g/m²). Depending on the piece, they are elegantly framed in lightweight ayous wood or solid oak, with some featuring a smooth white mat board. All prints come ready to hang with an Acrylite front protector.
Is your packaging eco-friendly and discreet?
Sustainability is at the core of ArtoLeaf. We use recycled and recyclable materials for our packaging. Additionally, to maintain a premium unboxing experience, our shipments are sent in discreet packaging without any external branding from our production partners.
How do you ensure art quality?
Every order undergoes a rigorous three-step quality check: first, we review the digital file for precision; second, our technicians monitor the printing process for color accuracy; and finally, every piece is hand-inspected before being carefully packed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because each item is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot offer returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your art arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
What if my art arrived damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a few clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will prioritize a fresh replacement for you immediately.
What if my package is lost in transit?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you, provided the shipping address was correct.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders enter our automated production queue very quickly (often within an hour). If you need to make a change, please email us immediately. Once an order has entered the printing stage, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify it.
